Do you have time to spare? Would you like to have fun, meet new people and be part of an army of volunteers at a fabulous country estate?

Then Shugborough would like to hear from YOU!

Volunteers are part of the special team we have here at Shugborough and their contributions make a massive difference to the entire estate. If you have ever thought about getting involved and taking part, why not get in touch and have a chat about the wonderful opportunities we have here?

You may like to consider helping as part of the Mansion House team as a room guide or perhaps a costumed character in the Servants’ Quarters and County Museum? Not forgetting of course, the Working Farm with its dairy, scullery and fully operational water mill. There are also superb gardening opportunities in our formal grade one listed gardens and historic Walled Garden too!

You could even help as part of the Car Parking team and meet and greet the visitors as they enter the estate.

Whatever you choose to do, you can be assured of the warmest of welcomes and lots of help and guidance to help you become a Happy Volunteer!

Volunteer Day - 1st June 2013

As part of National Volunteer Week, Shugborough is saying a massive THANK YOU to everyone who has joined us so far! Why not pop along to the courtyard next to the Lady Walk Tea-rooms and meet the volunteer team? You can join us on the day and very soon get started as a custodian of all that Shugborough has to offer....it's great fun and so rewarding! 11am until 4pm.
