Sarah Willis - Second Kitchen Maid

My name is Sarah Willis, the second kitchen maid and I get paid 12 guineas per year. I’m mostly employed for cleaning purposes, but sometimes I’m allowed to cook the servant’s meal. If I get to choose, I always try and cook something involving game so I get to see the new gamekeeper, he’s ever so handsome.

Hopefully one of these days he’ll notice me! I hope that he will be my way out of service, but if not I would like to become a cook one day – if Mrs. Stearn gives me a good reference.
